Frequently Asked Questions

When does the shop launch?

The products are finished. The shop is scheduled to open in summer 2026 (all details subject to change).

Will you also open a local store?

Currently, sales are planned exclusively through the own online shop. Local sales through resellers are not ruled out for the future; we will provide separate information about this.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time. In exceptional cases, such as during high order volumes or holidays, shipping may be slightly delayed.

Is the shipping free?

We offer free shipping from a certain order value – this depends on the delivery country:

Germany: free shipping from 79 € (below 6.99 €)
Netherlands, Belgium & Austria: free shipping from 79 € (below 9.99 €)
Switzerland: free shipping from 99 € (below 19.99 €)

Shipping is via DHL (up to 5 kg). Please note that additional customs or import fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland, which are not included in the shipping costs.

Which shipping service providers are used?

We ship all orders exclusively with DHL. This way, you benefit from a fast, reliable delivery and the ability to conveniently track your package online.

How does the return shipping work?

If you want to return an item, you can easily and free of charge create a return label through the DHL Return portal.

Please ensure that the goods are unused and in their original packaging so that we can process your return without any issues.
