Shipping usually takes place within 2–3 business days.
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking number so you can check the current status of your delivery online at any time.
Please note that in exceptional cases – e.g. during high order volumes or on public holidays – there may be slight delays in shipping.
Shipping costs & delivery countries
We offer free shipping above a certain order value – depending on the respective delivery country:

Germany: free over €79 (below that €6.99)

Belgium, Netherlands & Austria: free over €79 (below that €9.99)

Switzerland: free over €99 (below that €19.99)
Shipping is handled exclusively via DHL (up to 5 kg) – for fast and reliable delivery.
Please note: for deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs or import fees may apply that are not included in the shipping costs.
Return & Exchange
As a voluntary extra service, we offer you an exchange for a different size – free of charge for you. For a return, we deduct €6.99 in return shipping costs from the refund amount. You'll find all the conditions on our page Return & Exchange.
