Shipping usually takes place within 2–3 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number, with which you can track the current status of your delivery online at any time.

Please note that in exceptional cases – e.g., during high order volumes or on holidays – there may be slight delays in shipping.

Shipping costs & delivery countries

We offer free shipping from a certain order value – depending on the respective delivery country:

• Germany: free shipping from 79 € (below 6.99 €)

• Netherlands & Austria: free shipping from 79 € (below 9.99 €)

• Switzerland: free shipping from 99 € (below 19.99 €)

Shipping is exclusively with DHL (up to 5 kg) – for fast and reliable delivery.
Please note: Additional customs or import fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland, which are not included in the shipping costs.
