Something doesn't fit? No problem. Here's how a return works with us.

Return shipping costs

Unfortunately we have to leave the cost of return shipping to you – no matter whether you want to exchange or send back for a refund. In return, you're free to decide which carrier you ship with.

Just register your return in our returns portal. There you choose whether it's an exchange or a refund – and can create a return label directly in just a few clicks. That saves you the trip to a drop-off point.

Exchange – our voluntary offer

Wrong size, but the right piece? Then exchange it. This is a voluntary extra service from us – your right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

  • Deadline: 14 days after receiving the goods
  • Scope: the same item in a different size – with no price difference
  • Condition: unworn, unwashed, hangtag still attached. Trying it on is of course fine.
  • Costs: the return is on you, we'll send your replacement item free of shipping charges
  • Your size sold out: we'll get in touch and refund the purchase price

If one of these conditions isn't met, we'll process your shipment as a regular return.

Refund

You'd like the purchase price refunded? Then register a return in the returns portal and send the goods back to us – either with the label from the portal or by the route of your choice. As soon as we've checked them, we'll refund via the original payment method.

How it works

  1. Register the return in the returns portal, choose exchange or refund
  2. Create and print the return label in the portal – or use the carrier of your choice
  3. Pack the item, attach the label and drop it off
  4. We'll get in touch as soon as we've checked your shipment

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You'll find the details and the form in our Withdrawal Policy. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of a loss of value that goes beyond checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we can claim compensation for that loss of value.
