Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with DHL from Germany.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you pay by prepayment, the delivery time begins on the day after payment is received; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number. You can use it to track your delivery at any time.

Delivery to Switzerland

Switzerland is not an EU member. On import, customs duties, Swiss VAT and the delivery service's fees may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are charged to you on delivery. The amount is determined by Swiss regulations; information is available from the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (bazg.admin.ch).

Partial deliveries

If, in exceptional cases, not all items in your order are immediately available, we'll let you know. We cover any additional costs arising from partial deliveries.
