Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with DHL from Germany.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time begins on the day after receipt of payment when paying in advance, and on the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number. This lets you track your delivery at any time.

Delivery to Switzerland

Switzerland is not an EU member. Customs duties, Swiss VAT and courier fees may apply on import. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and will be charged to you on delivery. The amount depends on Swiss regulations; the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (bazg.admin.ch) can provide information.

Partial deliveries

If, in exceptional cases, not all items in your order are immediately available, we'll let you know. We cover any additional costs arising from partial deliveries.
